Short but I liked it. Nice how you started off with Hope being busted rather than leading into it. Different in a good way. Lets us imagine what led up to it. Good work. I'll read the rest of your stuff when I get more time.

This is such a nice little piece about Hope and Lightning. I think this is proof that less is more sometimes - every detail is just right and nothing is unnecessary.
