| Guestapo chapter 10 . 12/8/2016 The ROOT emotionless training kind of came out of left field in this chapter. Until now, a lot of the plot was concentrated around showing the human elements. Naruto had a personality, Danzo seemed different than fanon, and you could tell that being in constant contact with a miasma of dark emotions kind of trumped whatever brainwashing was going on by how playfully bloodthirsty he was (Anko-lite). The interaction with Kushina felt like you took ten steps back for no reason. I believe even less that he'd actually hold to the concept of loyalty, to Danzo of all people, w/ the fox as his companion. Cool fight, though. |
