Even I can't understand it and thinking about it almost gives me a headache!

Jump yes! Jump as in suicide! Her brain made her crazy enough to think that jumping from a ferris wheel is the smartest thing to do when saving the world! My mom said something along that line when she watched a few eps with us. Thought she said it more in a way a parent would say. Too bad she didn't liked the anime much, she's just too old fashioned. .

Now something confusing... if everything above the clouds is made of Akuto... doesn't that mean that trees, flowers and all the other stuff that normally needs water to grow, don't need that anymore... it's like they replaced water/ food with oxygen. How can Yumemi have that as food? It's like eating air... I pity those heavenly people, they wouldn't know the joy of tasting sweet, eating popcorn, pizza or at the Mcdonalds or Burgerking. On the brightside they would miss the 'joy' drugs and cigarettes give to the addicts and they won't be able to do any stupid things when drunk. I agree with Chikara, they're like plants, the only difference is that they can move, talk and you could hire them to work for you. :D

Yeah Yumemi you let him wait for like an whole episode, while he said to hurry up... what's wrong with her? I can actually say the same for her friends, if it was dangerous for Yumemi to jump then it would be the same for them. If they were characters of a shounen anime, then they could survive, but they aren't and so jumping from a ferris Wheel is suicidal what makes them think that they would get to Yumemi if they fell form there? Unless they thought she was in heaven, then suicide would completely explain it, cepot that they'll end up in hell instead, so they still wouldn't be able to see yumemi. Ah anime logic is so great.

Aww nice family moment, I can imagine that Yumemi's dad after the hug says he doesn't want her near any guy. XD Like one of the over protected dad's who thinks no guy is good enough for their little girl. XD

Another nice story and come on Yumemi, could have sticked with the alien theory, at least that has a bigger change to be believable than a lolicon magical red-headed elf king with mega brows that kidnapped her. Sounds like a bad fanfic to me. XD Or she could stick with Skyloft from Legend of Zelda Skyword sword. yeah lolicon alien hylian took her to skyloft... it's almost the same as what really happened.

My cousin used to be clingy when he was still a little kid. I always thought it was annoying, but I miss his babyface...

hey this was a nice chapter, i liked how Yumemi is finally getting to tell her parents about about everything. is she going to introduce munto now? lol that would be something to see :)

*Squee* You updated this story! Man, I was so happy when I found this in my inbox, I fainted. Okay, not really, but still- you know me and my obsession with Munto stories. I really like how this chapter played out! I loved the emotions of 'Memi-chan's parents and how it varied from worry, to slight horror (concerning Gntarl), and then acceptance. Although you say this chapter was partially copy and pasted, it was written in such a good way that I actually could imagine Yumemi talking to them about it. Great job, as always. :)

well this was a nice beginning, are you going to continue the story? I agree with your comments at the end to, she is different and therefore there is distance between her and everyone else. love the remark about the lolicon king XD. I personally like to think he's only a couple of years older than her but that's just me.

I noticed that about the furniture. Great symbolism, and good start. I can't wait to see how this all plays out...!
