I am ashamed of myself.

I should have been telling you all along how beautiful and raw and brilliant this fic is, but this chapter pushed me over the edge of all hard-heartedness.

I cried. I'm still crying. God, this chapter was just so beautifully written, the verity and heartache was just so REAL. Oh wow, I can't even begin to describe how hooked and in awe I am of this story.

My emotions are haywire! I'm simply ecstatic, and moved, and heartbroken, and angry (at Moriarty) and amazed all at the same time by this, this...masterpiece.

The last bit is perfect. Everything John says, and how they hold each other when they finally meet up again. I was trying so hard to stay strong so that I could finish it, I can't put it down! that that last part hit me hard, and here I am now, wiping away my tears and trying to tell you how much I LOVE THIS!

Well, eventually I finished your fic and I must say that I really love this ending. I love how it is set just before the begining of the series. But most of all I like the fact it's a happy ending but not a too happy one. After all what the characters went through, it's really well-balanced and sounds rather credible.
