First of all, how adorable was Cas here, with the whole 'pretending to sleep' thing? Secondly, the thought of Dean calling him Castiel just during sex really got me all hot and bothered!

I love the line "in bed was the only time Dean called him Castiel, a private little secret between them." It's so cute and just like them. But the hole story was great and well written, thanks for sharing.
