I absolutely love this story I have reread so many times. I'm wondering if maybe you could write a prequel like about Rogue's life before Remy. You know meeting Raven, forming Midnight, her father. It's just an idea but I would love to read it.

I KNEW IT! I think it was because the club scene during the first Remy/Rogue reunion had mentions of only industry people being there and that was how I theorized that the stalker had to be someone with a significant title. Did NOT expect it to be Xavier himself though...

I'm glad my suspicions about Remy were proven wrong (though I still maintain that that boy has perfected the art of secrecy) and it's kind of sick that Xavier would go so far as to impregnate his son's ex. Gross.

I don't know why I never reviewed this. Don't think I actually read this way back when... Maybe saved it because it reminded me a lot of The Velvet Red (some plot similarities).

I know it's waaay too late to be answering your questions but since I'm immersed in the story, I was like hmm why the hell not? Haha.

a) The method sounded outlandish but NOT implausible. If she was a crazy fan (and 17-year-old hardcore fans sometimes are), there wouldn't be anything to stop her. BUT (see answer for (c)).

b) I thought that it had to be someone from the industry. Someone either low-key or high-profile that the security don't bother with. However, with the latter, Rogue and co. should have interacted with him. Or her.

c) BUT. Yes. There is a matter of Remy being nervous with his publicist and soberly knowing the girl's age, etc, in the previous chapter(s). I wouldn't say that he's hiding things and lying because he wants to hurt Rogue but I can see him trying to downscale the picture so that he can explain himself once everything is cleared up. It's sneaky yet to me, a typical Remy thing to do. Oh but I don't think, at this point, that he slept with her. He probably got nervous because of the girl's presence in his hotel room but I don't believe that he did anything to/with her. MAYBE he almost did.

By the end of chapter 18, I was squirming in my seat. Honestly, Temptress, you scared the bajeebies out of me!

But, anyways, I really enjoyed this fic- oh hey look, it's one in the morning. I couldn't stop after chapter 2, to be honest...

thank god i read that all in one go. i would have died of dramatic suspense otherwise! it was really great.

i had no idea who the stalker was, but i did make the connection that the stalker had set up remy. and i was hoping like crazy that you killed off karen instead of rogue. wow, i think reading this had made for one of the more emotions nights i've had recently.

it was beautifully written and as much as i wanted to skip through paragraphs to find out what i wanted i just couldn't tare my eyes away as if some morbid curiosity, but replace morbid with dramatic. i thoroughly enjoyed this experience

That was a good story, I know this was written about nine years ago but still good! Ah you are amazing at writing the nuances between the characters and the dialogue (good thing you got the help for the accents, because it made it that much more believable). You kept me on the edge of my seat that is for sure. Great job really, amazing, one of the best fanfictions I have read in a REALLY LONG TIME!

Nice job, especially on the suspense. I love this story and find the relationship between your Rogue and Remy really reflects that of them in the comics yet, at the same time just a regular couple. Also, nice Alternate dimension, It went very well with the characters and their personalities. Or, simpler version, it was WICKED!

*le sigh* I jus love this story. I knew it was xavier's creepy ass..he was being a bit too friendly ther..and omg! ur a cruel mistress for making me think rogue died..mehh lol I almost cried when I found out she was alive. anywayys loved the ending soo shwet...great work! :)

I have to admit that I don't typically go for this kind of AU ROMY, but I LOVED it! Absolutely. It was wonderful. The plot had the right amount of suspense, romance, action and twists. And the characterizations were dead-on. It was fun to spot how many X tie-ins you included. Each chapter you had me on the edge of my seat (even when there weren't cliffhangers).

Great strory of was really well written to the degree that in the last two chapters I didn't know which one lived and such died. I can't believe whothe stalker was. I didn't even consider him though I though about one of his accomplices. Can't wait to start on the sequel.

I like it. I probably would've never guessed that he was her stalker though. Poor gal it's sad that she died, but it sounds like the way should would have wanted to go. Well Keep up the good work.
