I understand why Lorelai loves winter but why would she be so miserable in the fall. Afterall wasn't Rory born on October 8th which is in the fall? According to Lorelai, isn't Rory the best thing that's happened in her life. I would think that Fall next to Winter would probably be one of her favourite times of the year especially since she gets to celebrate her daughter's birth.
