this is a fantastic story I really like it, I am in ASL and I find deaf culture fascinating (like most cultures) and I want more people to be involved and this was beautiful, i love the love story, it is just great! thank you for your wonderful words. hope you write more wonderful stories!

I LOVE the plot! Out of all the Merlin/OC stories I read, yours is the best plot. The story is well-written and the characters stayed in-character. This is brilliant.

I just found this story and love it, but it definitely needs a sequel. Can't someone, please, give Merlin some happiness! A reveal, a promotion to First Advisor and Court Sorcerer and a blushing bride? Make my day!

I'm surprised Bellmore didn't talk to Merlin about his family cause really, I think Merlin would be a good match for his daughter.

The story was quite sweet and I can see that you have great potential. Keep writing! As someone w/ Deaf family members and who is pursuing a career in ASL interpretation, though, this last chapter was frustrating. The lines referencing Lady Thelma's speaking as this fantastic gift, even though the rest of the story made a really big deal of her being a normal person even w/ being deaf, was upsetting. I assumed the use of non-PC terms like "mute" was for the benefit of historical accuracy, but now I'm concerned that it's not. Comments and lines like these can be considered to be very belitting.
