That was lovely, well written and concise enough that the reiteration of things we know happened in the series actually works really well!

I hope you're not offended by the suggestion, but the titles throughout the story signifying the beginning and the end of flashbacks were really distracting. Can't help but wonder if maybe the italicized lyrics are enough to separate the different flashes?
