Eep! I do hope you continue the story soon, leaving on a cliff hanger like that is just cruel. I'm unbelievably hooked on this story and I think I cried once or twice, though I can't really pinpoint. It's... Wow. Your writing just absolutely grabs me. I'm excited to hear that you haven't dropped the story - at least there's something! Plus, it's been... For me, they can. Maybe not think for themselves, but they certainly can feel.

2) If you were to be haunted by a ghost of sorts would you be scared of it? Even if it showed no intention of harming you?

Nope. At first, if it was doing creepy things, then yes. But after a while, if I confirmed it must be a ghost (somehow), I'd treat them like a living person and have them as company. After all, they must be rather lonely (even if I myself like being alone).

3) What do you believe the reason is for ghosts to stick around instead of moving on?

Unfinished business or a bitter death (in which they were filled with hate and anger before they died).

A type of... Sixth sense, if you will. Like a gut feeling. It's more spirits of nature then ghosts, though. I believe everything has a spirit, especially plants, and they're all connected and we're all connected in some way. It just makes me uncertain of ghosts. I'd believe they were real easily, if I could just find a way if how they'd fit in...

2: Is there anything else you believe in? Like fairies, aliens, ect.

3: What do you look for in a fanfic?
Creativity, enthusiasm for writing, in-character (and if not, then a good logical reason, as to why), clearly decent grammar and punctuation, details, good writing in general, some sort of idea to 'spice' things up in originality, something thought and emotion provoking, etc. You name it.

My god! Isn't this a turn if events? You've turned an idea I've read probably far too many times into something that feels refreshing and new. It's the way you write - you've got a style about you that can make me get scared even when I know exactly what is going on or make me feel as much pity for Alfred as the townspeople even though I know they're most likely wrong. It's such an odd feeling, but I love it! Keep up the amazing work! Oh, and:

1: What is your opinion of Ghost!Arthur?
Badarse! Sorry, I just have to speak my mind. It seems like he'd be lonely, but you've portrayed him as a man to be feared and respected, and for that I dub the undead you create as badarses.

2: Is Arthur really as mean and crazy as the people make him out to be?
Just misunderstood and bored. I'd probably do the same thing as him while he was living if I got that bored.

3: How is Alfred going to deal with the ghost?
He's going to flip out, and then pretend like everything's okay and that ghosts are totally normal.

You betcha! Mostly spirits, because I'm a spiritual person.

it depends on the ghost i think that if they just dwell on one emotion long enough that it will become the only emotion they feel kinda like the "if you keep doing that your face will stick like that" if the ghost showed no intention of harming me i think that i would be nervous at first but after a while not be afraid of it ( as you well know i am a very out going person) i believe there are some but not many, maybe to look out for someone

i think that aliens MAY exist but if they do then they probably won't be all that different form humans. i hope fairies exist but not any where around cities. and as for ghosts... well if they do exist my afterlife will be busy

It finally updated! I love the story thus far. A ghost story, yet somehow not quite classic of one. I truly cannot wait for the next chapter, but I will for as long as I must!

Woah! This is so cool! I can't wait for the next chapter, and is the reason Arthur is stuck here because of Francis, or some demon he summoned? Are they the ones (either Francis or the demon) that are still here as well? Ah wait, DON'T TELL ME! I'LL JUST WAIT! .
