I dont know what to say... On one hand im very disappointed that you left us all hanging here, but through out both your books you have made me both cry and laugh, and im very grateful for this wonderful fan fic:)

Love your books very much. Thia is a very interesting piece of writing! I really hope you keep on writing, because there are so many unanswered questions! Its been 8. years since you wrote this, and i don't know if you will even see this... Just please finish it, so we can feel the magic until the very end:)

As i said, this book isn't quite clear, i didn't understand Lily and Sev. Can you please continue writing? And yes, i know this book was published in 2012. But WHY did you stop... It has been long enough since your last installment (almost 7 years!) that I wonder if you'll even see this review, but I must throw in my praise for this amazing continuation of your incredible previous masterpiece.

I love everything about this; the ever brooding, ever thinking, ever ambitious and tragically wounded Severus; the flurry of reckless action, big-hearted kindness and conflicting emotions that is Lily; the impossible situation both find themselves in and the inevitability of their diametrical conclusions (inevitable based on their diametrically opposed worldview and the strength of each's convictions). I love the new characters, magical circumstances, and fleshing out of the canon background characters (Alice Walker and Frank Longbottom. That has been a pure delight to watch). I love the way you fill in the missing pieces, ones we know had to happen, and you fill them so beautifully.

The scene when Lily tells Remus she knows, her fierce compassion and his brittle self-image are so much in line with the Remus we see later in the books, remembering her kindness to a young Harry. The depth of Lily and Severus' bond, passionate and powerful, justifies the sacrifices we know Severus will make nearly two decades later, in her honor.

Knowing that Lily ends up with James, that she finds enough happiness with him to be that laughing woman spinning through the leaves with him in Harry's nightstand photograph, I'm still left wondering how she gets there from here. Does she take the Mendrick's prediction of the Doe and Stag so much to heart that she actively chooses it? Or has the Oracle's vision simply opened her up to looking at him in a new light, letting James' charm do the rest? What happens between Severus and Lily as James begins to eclipse Severus in Lily's sight? And how does she feel? Is James a fun, charming and attractive second-best option, who she falls mostly in love with because her first choice would require too many compromises? Does she still think of Severus or did her memory of him and their bond somehow get wiped away, perhaps with some dark magic spell Severus uses to protect her mind from Voldemort? So many unanswered questions!

Not sure if you'll every see this long review. But on the off chance that you do and just maybe have a lot of free time (perhaps being quarantined like a good portion of the planet?) and feel inspired to answer some of these burning questions with some more chapters... Can't fault me for trying, right?

Seriously, Thank you. You've given a gift to fanfiction-dom with your writing.

I cannot finds the words to describe what a truly wonderful story and piece of writing this is. "Stephair" has said it all and I agree with every word.
Please do not let such a beautiful and inspiring work sit unfinished!
It is so well written, and the story itself so well-thought, that to me it is the poo effect most genuine prequel to the canon.

I have never read a fanfiction like this. Half of me really wants Lily with Severus and believes that he can change for her. But the other half of me really feels like James's feelings are real love, whereas with Snape it is just an infatuation. I am literally torn.

You absolutely must finish this. This is literally the best Harry Potter fanfiction I have ever read. I feeling like I am reading J.K. Rowling herself. Please, I beg of you, Please complete this and update ASAP.
