I loved this, I'm really glad that Cora thanked Thomas. I'm really hoping people will see the better side of him. Though short of Edith running to the servants hall grabbing him in a hug in some massive panic she's having I'm not sure how it'd come about. I love their friendship, I really hope it's not going to end now they are back, but instead get stronger. Can't wait for the next chapter :)
