This was so wonderfully in character, that even though it had hints of other ships (that I normally don't read), I loved it to bits. Your similes, metaphors, and general imagery was GREAT. I love how well you know Damon's mind, and how complicated and confusing it can be. Well done! :)

You write Damon PERFECTLY. I am so amazed by how gentle, caring, but still in character he was.

The vulnerability in both of them was so raw and heartbreaking. I love that they were able to find comfort in one another.
