Confined to bed with an injury, and bored to death, I turned to some fanfic for distraction. I am so glad I stumbled across this small masterpiece. It's exceptionally well-written and plotted, in addition to being entertaining and satisfying. I know you posted this some time ago, but hopefully praise never grows old.

I'm so glad I read this! At first I was hesitant b/c it's a bit long (and kind of late), but it's a wonderful story that paints a picture of Tom Paris I prefer to the one they provided on the show. This picture is fuller and deeper and, somehow, truer. Your writing is excellent and I especially appreciate the epilogue where Admiral Paris learned the truth and there's the hope for Tom's future with B'lanna. Plus, it had all the earmarks of a terrific story-action, adventure, angst, h/c, humor. Wonderful job and thank you.

Wow, what a ride! I really enjoyed this. Well written, a mystery to be solved, great in-character people, a very likeable Tom - a great story! And I have to say - I just loved the ending!

Well I just rediscovered my love for Voyager and my favorite pilot. And in doing so I found your story.

I was going to bed early tonight about 1am but 15 chapters later its now 3:17am. And I have got to say I loved every bit of this. Excellent story, wonderful twists and some Tom h/c. Beautifully done.

what a fantastic tale. i loved the flow of your story telling and your weaving from scene to scene. i feel you captured the spirit of each character wonderfully, especially with the bantering between tom and the doctor, and his friendship with harry. applause and praise is appropriate. great job!

That was an amazing story! You definitely captured all of the characters' personalities. It's been a long time since I read a Tom-as-a-secret-agent/past story and you did a fabulous job of it. If only it didn't have to end!
