BreathingStar chapter 1 . 2/10/2019 "Snow can't win" is a phenomenally good point. Thank you for the story, for the humour and the healing. It's very inspiring. |
Ani-maniac494 chapter 1 . 4/9/2018 This is wonderful. When I read the summary, I didn't expect it to be Rue's family, and that was a great twist. I also loved the way in which Rue's family was able to offer Katniss some comfort, and the last line was so fitting. :) Fantastic work! Ani-maniac494 |
Fanfic Allergy chapter 1 . 11/2/2012 This is a lovely sweet story. Thank you for sharing. |
ZoEva chapter 1 . 5/28/2012 Shit, this made me cry. I almost skimmed past this but something in it caught me and I'm so glad it did. I teetered along with Katniss and her sorrow and when Peeta had his episode my heart nearly broke. THIS is grief in all its long, falling dark, and I found myself having to stop midway. Beautiful. Thank you for this story. |
redrocknroll chapter 1 . 5/2/2012 I teared up reading this. Excellent job. For some reason the sentence describing Peeta's walk as "the mindless certainty of the well-liked" really stuck out to me as a clear indicator of Peeta's progress in overcoming/working on overcoming the hijacking and becoming the person he was pre-games. |
SansaEverlark chapter 1 . 4/26/2012 This just made me cry, but in a very good way! This was so lovely! Thank you for sharing :) |
22Moons chapter 1 . 4/24/2012 Oh, I just loved this. Believe it or not as I was reading it I thought "Just think how happy Rue would be if she could see this." So that last sentence really hit me. I hope Katniss would one day see that she gave this woman her children's lives. You did a really nice job of showing the process of grief and healing. |
Poison and Despair chapter 1 . 4/22/2012 I'm really surprised that this fic doesn't have one single review. And its somehow unfair, because this is beautiful and full of well put emotions. You did a tremendous job in writing this piece. I'm really happy reading story's that can make you really feel the characters like they truly are. Ass: Stephanie |
