So I think I just died reading this. Like it is absolutely amazing and I can absolutely picture this happening and wish they would film it already. The part where I totally lost it had to be “ the giggle was in fact carefully camouflaged evil laughter ”. Full on laughing for at least a minute at that line before I could continue on with the rest of the story. Definitely adding it to my faves now!

Love BAMF John always 'cause he's always portrayed as meek, but everyone forgets that he was in the army for several years. This was a fun read.

The last "This is Sparta" line of John's killed me
