I absolutely love this. Jinora.. she's way beyond her years and, I agree, too young to be going through something like this. Then again, that's what's so great about her character. She's incredibly strong. Korra as well. I'm really glad you wrote this the way you did, with Jinora acting as Korra's chain to the mortal world. It reminds me a lot of the times when Aang lost control and entered the Avatar state during emotional turmoil and how his friends, especially Katara, brought him back. Except in this case, it's so much more powerful since it's not a potential lover bringing the Avatar back, it's a child. A child who's usually calm, quiet, and reserved, no less. Sorry, I feel like I'm not making any sense, but I like this a lot. Amazing, amazing job.

I look up to Jinora a lot (even though we're the same age) We're so alike. We're female, 11, we have brown hair, we're bookworms...I like Jinora the best out of the Airbending kids.

Nice story. You did a good job showing Jinora doing a job she's too young to be doing, but that she has to because she's the only person who can. The memory of Jinora's conversation with Katara was a clever way of emphasizing the mixture of fear and responsibility Jinora is feeling. The words that bring Korra out of the Avatar state were a nice callback to episode 4 and a fitting means of getting through to Korra, though anyone who's missed that episode won't get the reference. Good job.

I like how you wrote Jinora as the rock Korra needed for this one moment. To have her be so emotional and distaught broke my heart, but this even better.

That last statement is understatement when you think of Aang.

wow. amazing, amazing job. You write Jinora so well, so perfectly, and the ending was absolutely amazing. what a fantastic story. I like how there was no romance in this(which seems to be what all the stories in this fandom are about!) but a simple friendship and love...wow. beautiful job!

This was beautiful. I really hope this actually happens in the show. I love Jinora and would much rather see her bring Korra out of the Avatar State than one of her 'love interests'. Great writing!
