And then there was Ace trying not to get blood on the blueprints and there was evidence of him being in the infirmary. Which yeah, Ace could have been hallucinating that. But Marco. I'm confused. And Ace's other injuries? It seemed like he's been hiding quite a few and yet Selma found none.

The way the other whitebeards handled Ace's reaction to Hare honestly disgusts me.

No one really asked Ace WHY he wanted Hare dead. They just automatically assumed he was being unreasonable and settled for Hare's vague ass explanation after Ace left.

When Ace said you don't know what he's done, Whitebeard should have asked. Fine, make him put him down, but then get an explanation damn it.

Why are they being like this?! I'm sorry if it seems like I'm flaming. That's not my intent. I just want to understand. How do they not see that Hare's got some serious creep vibes? At least blackbeard made an attempt at hiding his disgusting soul. Hare was smiling as he said that last line and no one thinks the death of Ace's "very dear friend" might not have been "accidental"? I also read ch 2 before reviewing because I had hoped SOMEONE would speak up. Which technically someone did, Serpent.

Sorry, I'm not sure why I'm getting so worked up about this, but is there some reason they trust Hare so strongly?

Wow, that was very intense, I don't know what to think. I think I liked it¿ The world construct and the characters all came to life, It's well written. There's also the hints you sprinkled here and there about Marco's origin which got me very excited. I hope you someday write that Macro-centric story. It would surely be an amazing piece to read. Okey, so at first when i read it in Ao3 i thought i would never find this amazing story here in ff because i dont have an account in Ao3 so i could never write this comment but i wanna tell you that this story its really a masterpiece and one of my favorites of ever! This story is MARVELOUS! RELLY how you constructed wonderland how every part of ace unlived, heck even when they kill sabo, the poetry all that feelings i really really felt them with all my heart! And the final notes! When you say how it would end if it was a movie you really really inspired me and i tried to draw the scenarios!i would read this fic every single time I don’t have something to read, or just because i felt like it! You really have some talent there m8! Thanks for this, crazy sentimental and amazing story ️

Ok I almost never write a review but I just read this fanfic in one go and really I think it is one of the best I ever read (*cough* there's quite a bit of fanfic in this category but shuuu, it's a secret *cough*).

It really leaved an impression on me and I was so into it I could litterally see the action (wich rarely happens). In the end I did not as much read it as saw it, it was like I was *in* the story so congratulation ! you did a very good work ! Imo the best stories are the one where you totally forget you'r reading, forget yourself and just live it, kinda. Don't really know how to explain it sorry.

The whole thing was so so disturbing, it really was but I couldn't help myself, i LOVED IT. I don't even regret reading it. Actually, I think it's both the best and worst fanfic I ever read and that's a first ! The world and the characters are very well built, they seemed alived to me and I understand how hard it is to make a character come to life, to give it it's own personality like that.

In truth, I kind of saw it coming ace being the cheshire's cat but I really didn't want it to be true. In fact, I wanted it so much I persuaded myself it was not the case. There is one thing I wonder about though, Hatter called the cheshire "the original" but I think there wouldn't be an original anymore. After all, every pieces, every fragment, every character leaving in wonderland is a part of ace and ace in turn is a part of them. Therefor the original is no more. Although it is true that cheshire is the one having the most control over wonderland (wich really only is a wonderland for himslef).

What I also appreciated was that every character *was* in character and at the same time they are entirely different people. Even cheshire fit in the caracter of ace in more than one way. And everything makes sens ! YAY ! Also the thing you did with the rabbit in the drawing that came closer and closer and closer ? Very very good. It does makes you so anxious and you'r afraid for ace because what does the rabbit even want ? and why ace know everything and nothing at the same time ? I really felt so anxious for him seriously it was horrible. God this is so messed uped and I can't help but liking this fic anyway. But that's for sure, I don't think I will re-read it before a looooong time. I think I will need to read something more ligth and a lot less disturbing for bit XD

So yeah all of this to say that I really really like this story !

I'm just gonna stop here. I wasn't expecting a horror story when I started. suspense, yes, mystery, probably, shit that make my mind more of a mess than it already is, not really. I should really check what genre I'm reading before I start. it's been an amazing, riveting story, but it's close to midnight here, and I gotta sleep. thank you for this nightmare fuel that I didn't need. I'm gonna see if it's too late to ask for a sleepover at my mom's.

Honestly, I hated your story. I am currently traumatized and having nightmares about this fic. I am still wondering how the hell you came up with such a story ! Nonetheless, the story’s good and so is the writing, but it was just not for me.

I hope you post new stories soon! I really liked this fic (this is the third time I've reread it) and I'm very curious on Gas the Warren and Sing! I also briefly remember reading a fic where Thatch and Ace were captured by Teach and this is Marco x Ace. I remember that after they're captured Teach tortures Thatch by pulling out his fingernails, and Ace sees Hatter. Throughout the fic is mentions of Wonderland and the such, and I was wondering if you know what the fic is? Because I know you probably didn't write it (or if you did you deleted it). Anyways, besides that, I know it's been a long time since you've posted and I hope you're still continuing to write? Also, I read in one of your author notes that your sister also writes? Since I couldn't find it, what's her pen name? I'd like to check out her fics too. Thank you for writing this story! It was very dark but so intriguing at the same time.
