Nice concept for the story so far. I didn't expect the Battle Barge to go down though, but the amount of Death Watch and StormTroopers that got out with their vehicles and aircraft got me thinking about a Force that isn't dead on scale of effectiveness.
If you still monitor this story please add chapter 6. Besides I want to read the Council/Or the Alliance High Command reaction of having the Aircraft with the Normandy in the centre of them going to negotiate.

I got to say man I'm impressed, it has potential and a VERY interesting story. I wonder what will happen in the ME universe when the Deathwatch joins the fight agents the Reapers, and what will happen to the Space Marines and Storm Troopers in a number of ways in the ME universe. I just hope you update soon and have epic, bad ass battles in the future friend. FOR THE EMPEROR!
