I never considered Lin being adopted. That's a really interesting thought. I loved when Toph first held her and said she could feel her little heartbeat, how precious! I thought the scene in the burnt down camp could've used less dialogue and more description, though.
I love that the first thing Toph says to her new daughter is that she will grow up to be badass. Lol that's so Toph.

Kyaaaaaaah, so cute! XD Of course we knew Lin was Toph's girl, but the thought of her being adopted is really quite interesting.

And so very adorable.

I love how you wrote this, how you portrayed the older gaang, and how Toph took to her foundling. So. Stinking. CUTE.

Definitely adding this to my favorites. ;D

I never really liked the idea of Lin being adopted before but now i really really like it! I can just picture Toph finding that baby and automatically those maternal instincts kicking in on her! Great story

I really enjoyed seeing this story since you haven't written in like forever! It was interesting to see Toph as a mother figure and your plot was very well constructed. I also liked the dialog between the characters, it was SO realistic! I can't wait to read more!
