I wish you wrote more non-slash stories because you really are an amazing writer of these characters. But thank you for pulling this one out and sharing it with us.

Nifty little story! Love Sherlock being Sherlock to the poor client at the start. Both he and John (and Greg, too, for that matter) are wonderfully in character. The case is clever, and the wordplay on ACD's original story is hilarious. The one thing I don't get at all is the killer's motive. Somehow that doesn't really come together - does she simply hate all Garys now? But the rest of the story is great. Well done!

I'm like crying with laughter right now at the title of John's future blog post. "The Three Gary-Deb", my goodness. I'm actually screaming XD A wonderful pun on the original story's title, and the fact that everything worked out so perfectly for it is amazing.

A wonderful story, either way. Definitely going on my favourites list. :) Sherlock's concern for John was certainly endearing. You write the two of them very well.

Fantastic story! The plot was good, your storytelling is superb, and the characterization is spot-on. :) Loved it!

Its been forever since I read Sherlock fic (series 3 seems to have rekindled my old love) and this was not only a blessed respite from the mountains of slash, it was AMAZINGLY, almost eerily, in character. It played out like a missing scene, in fact, and was extremely well written.

I am also a little giddy from that cute play on words with The Three Gtarridebs. ACD inserted in BBC fic makes me squeee!

Very nice one-shot. And a great callback to the green blade. It would be amazing if you could write another novel length friendship-only/bromance story. You're an excellent writer and there don't seem to enough of those stories around.
