Ok. Not a bad idea, but I would like to make some corrections to it. Could you PLEASE not call "Ushio" "Trudge"? Yes I know that for unknown and silly reasons 4kids said he is. But Kanami gave Ushio a different name years before. In the Dungeon Dice Monsters video game he was called "Demitrius." I really don't like 4kids calling Trudge and Ushio the same guy, because Ushio's a total greedy scumbag, and Trudge is a misguided, and misunderstood responsible young man. He becomes one of the bravest heroes with the biggest hearts in the show. So saying he's the greedy "Demitrius, is in my opinion a huge insult to him. 4 kids insulted a ton of yugioh characters in fact and I'm still mad at them for it all.

Your theory on Yami taking over and playing less dangerous games isn't half bad. But I feel you missed a few details. The Puppeteer and Panic suffered horrific penalty games. And Yami takes over the moment Joey returns Yugi's puzzle to him during the yo yo game attack. I applaud you for your efforts though. I can see you truly love the characters and your one of the rare ones who read the manga too. I hope these tips can help you improve your understanding some. And I'm sorry for getting so upset about the Trudge thing. I'm a huge fan of his and felt he needed some defense. Lots of 4-kids charterers do.

Dark Yugi learning emergency phone numbers and that actions even 'justified' could have dangerous consequences for his host! Plus to try not to kill too many people! XD

Is there a sequel to this cuz I want to read more, like how less extreme Yami is willing to tone it down for the shadow games.

This was very good over all. I loved the whole idea of it, not to mention your writing style. The only thing I would change is that it could use a bit more discription. Other than that, it was awesome! Oh, and one more thing...

Chao- You were bored and you decided to make a one shot? Seems hard to believe since you always update all these fan fics.
YChao- Stop wasting time and get on with what you thought of this story.
Chao- Yeah, yeah... Thought it was pretty cool that Yugi was concerned for his other half and vice versa at the beginning of the story. It's good that Joey, Tea, and Tristan were on board for learning about Yami/Dark Yugi and telling him things he should do after a Shadow Game. At least he cared about Yugi's safety.
YChao- And ending the story with the group watching "Saw" was a great idea. We have never seen that movie series, but the fact that it deals with deadly games is pretty fitting for YGO.
Chao- Even though it was breif, it was good to see that multiple personality disease idea. Having Yugi ponder about feeling Yami's/Dark Yugi's concern and the possibility to pick up another personality's feelings was a good add. Now from one author to another, though, when reading characters' dialogue or action, it's good to add where it's taking place. Are they in a friend's house, the school, a car, or the game store? Which room are they in? What funiture and items are there? A messy desk? A clean bed with fresh sheets? A kitchen with top of the line pots and pans? A sink with dishes stacked up a mile high? Even if we all know what Yugi's room looks like from the manga or anime, it helps to place in descriptions so readers can have an all around environment in their mind while reading. It was difficult to know where the characters were at in the beginning of this story or what the room was like while they talked and watched the movie. Does that make sense?

I loved the part with Tea teasing the guys about the prono movie.

Still, I like how you wrote this in general. I can easily see this happening in the manga.
