I really loved this fan-fiction. It was short yet very sweet and was just very, very good. My hamster Ace (who you probably guessed right by now is named after our favorite pyromaniactic prince, thankfully my hamster does not set things ablaze) - is a sweetie. Yet recently I found he has trouble seeing out of his right eye. I thought of taking him to the vet but then we found out that it sometimes opens and closes, so it's like he just has a sorta itch maybe?

Maybe he rubbed it up against something in his cage, who knows, or maybe he got it caught on his wheel, I'll never know. But I give him a semi-routinely check up. And the thing is which I find funny, given our beloved Portgas's personality and how devlish he was in the anime (how how very naively rebelious he was indeed,) my little Ace is so sweet. He's a bit skittish sometimes and will run when you try to hawk-grab him (example, when you reach in with your hands quickly to pick up a small rodent they'll freak out and run/freeze it's a defense mechanism so you scoop them up gently instead to comfort them), he doesnt like this.

Sometimes I forget and sometimes I just can't ever get him to not run away no matter how I try to pick him up, but he's never ever bitten me. Fessie however, (Professor Smiley Cheeks) has bitten me at least twice since I got her, Puffin (my dwarf) has nibbled but never broken skin. Ace never once tried to even nibble nor bite. So he's really sweet.

We thought he was a girl before he got 'bigger' lol, since the pet shop we got him from wasn't very reputable. They actually bred hamsters in the store which I really hated. (You aren't ever supposed to touch newborn hamster pups or they have a good chance of the mother rejecting them and potentially eating them, but the person transporting them to a new cage in the back picked the 'pinkies' up with his bare hands, without any gloves and I was really upset- so I bought Ace on an impluse knowing I'd give him a better home then that place.)

Ace may not get a lot of time with me due to him and my other hamster, Fessie (while being in two seperate twenty gallon tanks, of course, if they were together they'd breed/fight to the death - Syrians should never ever be together) being in my sister's old room since my room doesnt have a lot of space... I do try to give them the best lives I possibly can, when Ace, Puffin and Fessie all pass away lol, I know I'm not going to get any more hamsters. They're cute pets and all but they just dont do anything compared to dogs or cats.

Overall your fanfiction was great, I loved it and I faved you as a writer, looking forward to more of your stories hun!

The only issue I had with this chapter, was that I HIGHLY doubt a division commander will have to scrub the deck. Especially since there's 1000 other pirates of lower rang in the crew... yeah.
