Actually the match I'd really like to see in the finals is Rock Lee Vs. Sasuke Uchiha... Let the village watch as their "golden boy" is PWNED by someone "that can't even use chakra"! (yeah right, because leaping 30 feet in the air is NORMAL) Watch the uchiha get stomped into the ground, by LAST year's "civilian-born, clanless", "dead last" I get the feeling MANY opinions would change regarding the uchiha. and it wouldn't be for the better(for him)...

I never understood it, in any stories I write the village is gonna be "open-eyed" to the uchiha at the get-go... They are gonna have those notions ripped right outta their heads... It's one of the reasons sasuke will NEVER survive very long in mine... He's a dead man the moment he took his first breath...

Even kishi (the guy that made canon) said in interviews that if he could do it over, the chunnin exams would be MUCH different... much more believable... He made a LOT of mistakes during them... Just because he wanted to get them out of the WAY... Many ff writers kinda see them as the "finishing line", but that's not what they are, they are just a NUISANCE... Why do you think all further ones were CANCELED "off panel"?

You notice a LITTLE problem with the line-up right? One which REALLY should be addressed considering this is supposed to be an ALL ALLIED nations... It's NINE konoha vs. 3 from suna and NOBODY ELSE. Doesn't this seem a TAD "bias" to you? It also REALLY seems stupid to still even HAVE the finals if everyone IN THEM are from the same town! (let alone nation), which also "just so happens to be the village hosting it"? Considering the exams are SUPPOSED to be about (according to the hokage's speech and all the trash they're trying to shovel) "friendship, cooperation, the equality of the villages".. Seems kinda POINTLESS if NOBODY ELSE is there, doesn't it? I get why kumo and iwa aren't (apparently a LOT of other authors DON'T), it's an "ALLIED VILLAGE tournament".. as in "only allies and NON-AGGRESSIVE villages can even show up"... You wouldn't invite "ENEMIES" into your home for heaven's sake! But still the fact that NOBODY else made it to the finals kinda defeats the purpose of even HAVING a "finals" doesn't it? Want to see one genin wail on another? Well that could be DONE ANYTIME OF THE WEEK! "buy popcorn and sit near a training ground"... It's POINTLESS to even have the exams now.
