I'm not a huge Bond fan, though I did enjoy the Bronsen and Daniel movies as much as I did the original Connery. That said, this was an excellent explanation to the change in characters and longevity of our favorite British spy.

This is great. You should do a follow up fanfic where the Red gang meet up with James Bond because Victoria will know all about this and educate the gang on it.

Good explanation of Bond's history, kept getting flashes of the various films as I read this:) Very well written and paced.

Even though personally I prefer the he's the same man theory just had his life extended by some means, not a Time Lord but maybe a little genetic tinkering plus experimental plastic surgery every now and then.

I wonder if 001-009 is ranked via their lethality or their efficiency. It'll be nice to know if there is someone better than Bond, aces among aces. Like 001. That guy must be a Godlike in espionage world.
