A great little story
Rarely do we see the in-between of volumes and I think you touched a subject that was kind of glossed over; returning Bending to many civilians is a daunting task, never mind returning to a city so many mixed memories and problems.
The discussion between Korra and Mako seems very realistic and in-character, and I like how everyone approves, especially Korra's father.
