I always want more River/Rory interaction! Rory could have been a really good dad, and protective of his baby girl! Thank you so much for sharing this story with us! River deserves a good dad like Rory, and she does resemble him in the way she loves the doctor unconditionally, like he loves Amy and waits for 2000 years.

That was VERY interesting. And it answers why River came back. Nice.

AAaaagh oh my word, I love you. Marry me. For real. Nobody writes enough River/Ponds parental stuff, and when they do it's usually just the doctor comforting her instead of proper River/Ponds. And you have more than one! Marry me. That is all.

"It's rude to call your father by his first name." Love that line. That was sad and wonderful. I love Rory/River bonding. There's just not enough of that stuff written.

I adore this story. River and Rory never got to have father-daughter moments on the show. You gave them two fantastic ones. That he can recognize her, be protective, and love her - not to mention that River would try to take the Doctor's place in the Pandorica! Brilliant. Then he comes running out to her from the wedding reception. With her I love you, Dad... beautiful.

It always bothered me that Amy, Rory, and the Doctor didn't go outside and invite River in.

I wondered how you would fix that little thing. But I quite enjoyed it. Of course, I enjoy pretty much everything that has River and Rory in it.
