You're right. Johnny does seem to be a good influence on Allen in some ways, besides he should help him out given what Allen had done for him. Lenalee and Allen have been well kind of not "that way" anymore since the arc fiasco, I guess it partially because during the arc fight Lenalee always needed protection. Allen used to respect Lenalee and admire her for her strength before the arc, but after he must have felt that she needed his protection more than anything else and I guess in a way Allen might have lost some of the respect and admiration he had for her, since all she did during that time was pretty much cry. Maybe he felt that he couldn't depend on her. After the Arc arc Hoshino no longer drew them together as much as before either.
