i might have said this to you before or you might if heard it, but kubo leaked that the ending was varely his righting. and mostly editorial intervention by shonen jump, he wanted the series to end after the winter war with ichigo packing up to go to college 3 years later, and rukia showing up at his window, then itll jump again to him slowly getting his powera back, and keep jumping to each new milestone. ending with him taking his place as a captain

Oh man, I just remembered what happened in the last chapter and I screamed out loud. I'm utterly dissappointed at the Bleach ending, and in my eyes IchiRuki is still canon. I really want to read more, but it's so difficult to write. I know how that feels.
I really hope you update soon though.

As for my real review, I absolutely adore this
story!
'Chasing The Sun' is the story that made me
fall in love with fanfiction and this is probably my
favourite Bleach Vampire AU story ever. I can say that after reading tons of fics!
I don't know how you did it, but you pulled it off beautifully.
And please don't let the end ruin your mood towards IR. The end was really bad with all the plot holes and the end pairings, especially Yuzu incest hint... ewww what's wrong with that man?!

Everyone supports ICHIRUKI! Have you seen the fury the Bleach end unleashed throughout the world , especially Japan! And its not just the Bleach fans but media and production houses support Ichiruki too!
The IH fans are all time low that they're stalking and harassing everyone who didn't like the ending, (including non shippers!) on twitter and especially tumblr. And EVEN Shonen Jump is still rolling out Ichiruki goodies!
This is how great Ichiruki ship is, my friend!
Ichihime ship is the worst pairing ever in the history of manga/anime series! No other pairing caused this much negative reactions.
