fara1903 chapter 23 . 4/11
I just discovered your stories. It made me cry like a baby reading Jane's letters to Maura. I love this universe you have created with these characters. Thank you. I hope there's more stories from you.
Guest chapter 56 . 2/15
Because I watch the show, I can totally see the way Jane and Maura would be talking and acting. You make it humorous in a natural way that I enjoy.
Guest chapter 38 . 2/15
I love how you write the way Jane and Maura know each other even when they are hurt or angry.
Kristi chapter 24 . 1/11
Ok. So I get Maura's whole point of being so afraid of losing Jane that she's afraid to tell her how she feels. But at same time age does yell at her, she is clinical and pushes her away. So, how is that any different? It just confuses me. I'm not sure if I'm saying it the right way.

Traci Bradley Smith chapter 18 . 12/22/2019
Reading this for about the 10th time. I love it every time. Going to read the whole trilogy. Thank you for your amazing writing. I forget how great your writing is and then I come across one of your stories and get re-addicted each time.
Kristy chapter 24 . 11/13/2019
I agree about the Doyle plot line, it sucked. They had this big fight, then it was all just over. They didn't discuss it just let it go. It was ridiculous

Hi! Thank you so much for all the time, energy and imagination that you have devoted to write this incredible piece. It is so sweet, meaningful and emotional and I've cought myself at times reading it like a manual for human interactions, relationship-building and child upbringing. The wealth of such deep and meaningful interactions that you have painted in this story is like a small textbook in psychology. I am very gratefull to have stumbled upon you and this story as it has given me so much matter to think about and actually learn.
I also wanted to share that your Maura and Jane in this story are one of my favourite versions of these characters. All the background stories give them such a layered and deep personalities. Even though this is one of your lightest and sweetest stories in comparison to others (I began to go through your works from the recent ones to the oldest), I've felt my heart going out to Jane in many occasions even more than when she goes through actual harsh physical abuse as in your other stories. And I must say that the beginning of this story, how they met and fell for each other, is so wonderful and sweet that I have re-read it already several times and it clings to me thorough the entire story and in my minds eye I still see them as these two young innocent persons even when they go through all the hardships later in life. It's incredibly incredibly sweet and I love them both so much in this story!
Probably the last thing - there is such unconditional, comprehensive and profound love between the two... Maybe it will come out strange, but... is it really possible to love someone so strongly and unconditionally? It might be extremely personal question, but I was wondering... have you created this part basing on your own experience? Like, is this real? I'd really like to hope that this kind of relationship that Maura and Jane are sharing is possible and that people all around the world can make it happen. I just haven't really seen such unconditional love and supportive relationship in action, thus I'm just wondering... whether it's really possible...
Thank you again for this story and this relationship. It's beautiful. And I have learned so much reading it and soaking it up.
