The feels are almost too much right now. I will definitely be reading this one over and over again. The time skip from when Al was a suit of Armour to when he was human was perfect. I adore how you write comfort scenes, the brothers are written perfectly and I can feel their love for each other.

Needless to say, I like this oneshot. :) Very simple, very sweet. It's always fun to explore the in-between fluff that we might've gotten to see if the series was slower and more introspective. And I love the way you brought out Al's frustration about not being able to do anything for his brother at the beginning of the story and then brought that feeling full-circle with Ed at the end.

I still think you sometimes make male characters act a little too mushy considering their personalities, but that's still just my opinion and still no big deal.
