   Letavia chapter 12 . 2/15 It was kind of sweet (well, as sweet as a story about an actual HG can be). Maybe the most weirdest things were the sponsors’s gifts. An actual weapon in that moment of the games should be REALLY expensive. Maybe too much for district 3. And the book, it was sweet, but not really useful, so if gifts at that point were overpriced, they could have waited and maybe send a copy later. Anyway! It was good. Thank you! |

| MidnightRain143 chapter 12 . 12/4/2015 Wow, what a great story! I love that Katniss fell for Peeta while he protected Prim. The way you wrote the romance between Peeta and Katniss felt real and heartfelt. Excellent job. And that ending! I thought for sure that Katniss was doomed for a minute there, and you turned it around and started the rebellion early! The somber attitude of the first half of the last chapter was really well done. Though I wish there was a sequel, I am content imagining that the Victors, their families, and a good number of townspeople made it to 13 and fueled the rebellion from there. And Peeta being the mockingjay is a nice touch! I have read other stories where Prim goes to the arena and is them dubbed the mockingjay in Katniss's place, but let's be real- Katniss and Prim are two completely different people. Prim would not rebel the same way Katniss did initially and the way you made Peeta the mockingjay as he basically led the rebellion was really cool and well thought out! Again, great story! |
