Rose is new to all of this. She doesn't know much of anything about Time Lords, much less about regeneration. She is acting WAY to calm about some stranger saying he's the Doctor. Why does she even believe him? She doesn't doubt him at all!

After all, the only possible ingredients of tea are hot water, milk, sugar, and teabags. Teabags get bought from the supermarket, pre-dried, ground, mixed and flavoured. I and any other British person wouldn't have the first idea what the tea plant looked like let alone have a family recipe.
Maybe I've misunderstood what you meant by that though? After all I'm pretty sure you do actually HAVE tea in the US...
Otherwise, nice story :) it's really sweet. I like that you're going to resist the urge to get them to fall in love or whatever, that just never works.
