Well, I certainly wasn't expecting this today! I was expecting the story to go the way of so many gremma multichapters - unfinished. However, the first part ended on a note that could have made for a partially satisfying one-shot. It is a great and wondrous surprise to see this continued.

I don't share Graham's judgment about the kiss (a part of his logic has a fallicy, for sure). That is my only misgiving about this chapter, and I'm not sure if it's your feelings on the matter, or Graham's, so I am willing to overlook it.

And yes, even I have been guilty of having him get over his issues too soon. Partially because I have no patience for slow-burn, but partially because of other headcanons I won't delve too much here because I do think this is enough to warrant the continued presence of them in your fic. I do love when the fics don't shy away from what happened to him, and am more than willing to see how you develop their relationship.

I absolutely adored that Graham not only gave up his position to make room for Emma, but also had a hand in getting David a job. I'd love to know his feelings on the others being cursed, at some point. And I love those glimpses into how Graham and Gold are circling around finding out how much the other knows. Also, I have a ton of Hunted Believer feels, so I love that Graham is officially part of Operation Cobra.

I am eagerly awaiting your continuation, though I do hope you don't continue updating biannually. :) I am absolutely a gremma-fic enabler, so let me know if you need someone to bounce ideas off from, or whatever else you need!

Lovely read. I really like how you got into the characters head for this, tricky, when all you have to go on are the presented facial expressions, but you pulled it off wonderfully.
