I wasn’t going to read this when I saw it linked on Reddit, because while I love ATLA, I disliked LOK. I’m so glad I read it anyways. This story is phenomenal. I’ve followed in case you ever decide to update itI so hope you do. The kind of world building that you’ve done here, with the quality of writing, is rare and precious. Thank you for sharing it with me!

This is one of my hands down favorite stories ever. I hope to one day see an update/any other story from you. I love your style of writing, its phenomenal! Thank you for sharing what you have with us, it's awesome!

Just finished it and the story is well into the plot with so many frustrating questions yet to be solved.
A really great story with a thorough understanding of the magic behind bending. I smell some kind of legacy along the way and family lies. Well, do you have some chapters under your belt but aren't satisfied with it after so many years? Would be great to have a glimpse of it even if it isn't proofread.
Your plot is so intricate that I'm wondering if it was too much at the end for you. Like when you postpone so many time something you know will be time consuming, that at the end you just feel guilty just thinking about it.
Well again a great piece of work.
I would be happy to read the rest of it sometimes.

Hi, these last few days I came back to my old favorite hp fanfictions and remembered yours. I found it again and hoped that I missed your update after so many years but well...
I'm pondering if I will read it again even if it's yet to be finished. But it's so tempting because I remember that it was one of the best. I will probably be frustrated in a few hours after reading it again and hoping that you will come back to your writing again :)

But seriously, this is amazing and I wish there was more because there’s so many threads still to tie and show and things.

And I can’t believe you killed Charlie and then left us! Ahhhhh!

Lina is amazing and I wanna see more of Ginny and Ron is awesome and damnit this is probably set us for a HHr which I hate, but I’d still back it because your writing is so amazing.

Firstly, I have to say I rarely leave reviews. As a writer myself, I understand the need for feedback and creative criticism, but far too many people just want to hear "oh, it's so good" and take any honest response to improve as naysaying or "you don't understand". Grammar and pacing is a big one for that. Characterization another. Maybe I should have that listed first, really. No story feels real in that sense of "I know this is a fantastical story, but what if...?" if the characters do not themselves feel real. It is that sense of another reality on the edges of our own that draw us back time and again to our favorite fictions. Easier to say, maybe, that it is Possibility that does so.

But perhaps that is neither here nor there in this. Beating a dead horse, even, as you have already immersed this story is that beloved Possibility.

With that, I have to say I absolutely love this fanfic. It's hard to find a well written Harry Potter fic without over-embellishment of the characters that become unbelievable as *people* (often waved away with the excuse of an alternate past or reality or ignored with a hard, constant smash of the "I believe" button), and the same goes for AtLA fanfiction as well. To say nothing of a crossover. What you have done with this is phenomenal. The blend is seamless, the characters "real", and this fic holds all the magical wonder of Harry Potter and the borderline realism of Avatar that draws so many of us, banging the gong of longing and bestirring the feeling of half-remembered genetic memory.

I have zero criticisms for you. Excepting, of course, for the most obvious: the story is not yet complete.

I hope that one day you complete this story. I have no doubt that if you do, the rest of it will be as poignant and masterfully woven as these 15 chapters so far. I will hold out hope that I shall someday receive an alert in my e-mail that you have picked this story back up.

Heh, as someone who's years late on his last update (Though I'm seriously working on it! I've got a chapter written, and I'm trying to get to the end before getting folks hopes up again! D:) I can't tease 'too' much about another author dropping a story... but this merge was just so bloody wonderfully done, that it truly 'is' a shame it'll likely never get finished. 3's, for whatever in life is keeping you away from the keyboard. I hope it's just lack on passion and not something worse.

I read this for the first time back in 2013 and I remember thinking it was one of the greatest stories I'd ever read. I found it again yesterday and reread the whole thing and holy shit it was even better than I remembered! I can't believe how talented of an author you are because I was on the edge of my seat the entire time even though I mostly remembered what happened!

I'm in love with your version of Harry and all his internal turmoils and I love the dynamics between how unbelievably observant he is while also being so totally clueless about politics and alliances! Having Moody and Luna be the ones to set him straight and help him figure out things about himself was pure brilliance and I'm in love with all the little references to the Avatar verse. Harry dressing as the Blue Spirit to free Ran was incredible and I'm so sad that Charlie's dead but also WOW way to raise the stakes!

Finding this story again was so wonderful and I feel like I just relieved all the best parts of Harry Potter and ATLA while having it be a totally new story. I love the duality of Harry understanding himself as a fire bender and almost an air bender even though he has no idea what his whole potential is.

I really can't say enough how much I love this story and how brilliantly clever, well-written and well-developed it is! If you have time, I'd love to hear about what your original plans for the story were and where you saw it going from here.
