This is very impressive, considering that English isn't your first language. I commend you for the plot (quite adorable, by the way- I'm a huge RikoxHyuga shipper), but I would really recommend that you find a friend to read this over, because you tend to switch between past and present tense, and there are quite a few places where the dialogue could be smoother. Overall, this was excellent!

I really like this story! The only thing that is bothering me is that you didn't write what Operation: Matchmaker is. Nor how it was carried out. But it was still cute and fluffy!
