Thumbs up to Megs , that's certainly one way to keep a sick wife home to try and eventually recover.

I've noticed that there is some nice romance out here in the story's, but mostly the stories lean towards comedy.

This was simply delightful! The interaction between Megs and Roxie was brilliantly spot-on and his adoration for her was so heart-melting sweet I couldn't stand it.

One tiny note. If Roxie was feeling THAT crappy I don't think she would want to engage in...some intimate time with Megs. But that's just me. You have a hubby so I'm sure you know more than I. :)

Very well written and entertaining, had me intrigued from the start. I like your attention to detail and how you phrase things that are present without saying them out-right and bluntly (their marriage was introduced with her drawing attention to the rings, wasn't just stated that they were married until after that). I also like the seductive twist you add on the end without being "in your face" about it. Very sexy, and very professional. Overall it was very much adorable and I'm looking forward to reading more of your works.

On a more serious note, I can completely see Megamind switching to Plan B just because Roxie wasn't up to it. And it's utterly adorable, just like 'Megs' himself.

Oh how sweet! They are so in love. Roxanne's terrible cough almost made my own chest ache in sympathy.
The reminiscing about the bad old days, about those kidnappings when Roxanne was decidedly ill, was pretty funny! The reason why Minion was so bewildered at those times is finally explained to Roxanne, as well as why the evil genius plans were so lame! I could just picture it, Megamind ad libbing, Minion trying to figure what was going on...Also liked the imagery of Megamind dangling by his cape from Metro Man's fist, making sure that the big oaf brings Roxanne straight home.
Work? Who needs work? LOL! And so Megamind finds a way to convince Roxanne to take the day off. Well, who wouldn't be convinced by that? :)
