Great little fic, but 1 little detail annoys me. If you froze a computer by exposing it too extremly cold temperatures, than that is not going to be a problem for that computer. (In fact it is going to work faster).

Oh...my...God...that was amazing! i was actually crying reading this because it was so logical that this has totally been accepted as head canon! it was really sad because it seems that this could easily happen, after all since Jamie actually saw jack i doubt he would ever forget him but jack childishness would most likely become tedious to a teenager as jack will never be able grow or mature and will be stuck as a teenager forever whereas Jamie would have responsibilities and wouldn't have the time or patience to deal with not a peer but a child as compared to himself. there relationship could easily become strained as Jamie grows older as he would become more responsible and wouldn't want to deal with jacks maturity (or lack of it). all in all a great piece!

This is fascinating as a character study. The idea of Jack being eventually outgrown is a sad one indeed. We can all be sure there will be more children, but Jamie was the first to see Jack. It's a little bit of a heartbreaking idea. Beautifully written!
