I am deeply sad to see that this story is unfinished. I actually think that this was brilliant and i dearly hope that you will be able to continue it

I know that you said it has been years since you've made any updates to this story, but don't let that discourage you. You are still as talented as ever! I know you are! I want to know very badly what happens next! Ahadi and Uru are the cutest couple ever; I absolutely love how you write their interactions. Their relationship progressed slowly, and I enjoyed being able to see it develop over time. This story means so much to me. I've grown to love the characters, and reading about them truly brings me joy. :)

Hi! I read Heart of a Lioness book one and two within a matter of days. I began the first book three days ago and just finished book two today. I love this story. You truly have a gift and have given so much life to all the characters. I have just now read your note on the last chapter. Please do not feel discouraged that you have not written this story for three years. Genuinely talented writers never lose their skill. It is something that is always a part of them, even if they have allowed their talent to lay dormant for years. You are one of these writers. You were blessed with the talent to write and you should take advantage of it. I have enjoyed Heart of a Lioness book one and two so very much and the characters are special to me. This story has made me me smile, laugh, cheer the characters on, and even shed a few a tears. I mean this from the bottom of my heart! I know that it sounds crazy, but whenever I read good stories I feel as if I know the characters, like they're an old friends of mine. I feel this way about your characters. You have made them seem so very real, and anyone who can breathe so much life into characters as you have has an extraordinary talent. Please continue this story! I want to see Uru and Ahadi's happy ending! Pretty please! With cherries on top! :)

I'm really not liking Laini right now. I know I got some catching up to do, but I'm really hoping she turns out to be Zira's mother. It would make SO much sense.

4 years later...wow. Around a week ago I was browsing through the Lion King fanfictions for the first time in awhile, and to my great surprise I saw that my all-time favorite fanfic had been updated! Since then I've reread Book one and now I'm finally here at chapter 42. Don't fool yourself, you are most definitely capable of still doing Uru's story justice. Being that I am also 4 years older now, rereading Jolina and Uru's story was a much different experience. Unfortunately, no tears this time around. Soon we'll finally get what we've all been waiting for: Kambili brought to justice. I wonder if Uru and her companions truly understand the gravity of what they've done? Toppling the most brutal ruler to ever overtake the savanna, winning what was to be an unwinnable war against evil, taking part in a great struggle, the magnitude of which will never be witnessed by the Pridelands again? (Or will it?) Will their struggles pass into legend that young lions generations in the future could only dream of living up to?

Very good. Nice touch with the song.

The one thing I caught, however, was when Uru asked Mohatu if he was going to die, you have 'sooo' instead of 'soon' other than that it's great.

Looking forward to seeing what comes next.

I am so glad you updated! Tia was definitely worth the long wait. And two chapters too! Thank you so much. I enjoyed all the action and Uru's inspirational speech. Poor Uru; her father thought she was dead. And Ahadi losing his sister like that is very sad. I cannot wait to see Uru and Ahadi reunited. Until next time!

Ah! This was so good! Omg, your writing style is so great. It's has action, characterization, romance, humor, and angst. Also, great description and grammar. I was sucked I'm from the get go. And all the characters really spoke to me. I can't wait to see the aftermath of the battle and how Uru deals with it. Please update soon.

I think an amazing song to go with this son is Disappear(remember when) by issues it accurately describes how Uru wishes her mother was here.

Please continue to write this story. Or at least start Sarabi's story. I love this series and hope that it doesn't end just yet.
