I don't know whether you are still active or not since your last update for any of your works was 2015. I know other authors that came back after a decade of hiatus but they have been writing once in a while. I'm not imposing that you update nor I'm insisting you come back. All I want to do is wish you the best and hope life is treating you alright wherever you are. Thank you for your stories and I hope to see you back someday.

Too bad this story was abandoned. My second time reading this in as many months, and it brings a tear to my eye to know this will never conclude.
I'm half tempted to write my own Dishonored/ Mass Effect crossover.
If I do, full disclosure. I'd take a lot of beats from this story. Material like this is too good to let rot.

Damn, it seems like every time I find a genuinely good story it hasn't been updated in a long time. Oh well, at least you gave us nine chapters of quality Corvo. Eagerly awaiting the next update, even if i'm not expecting it.

Firstly - is this another hiatus? or it's just straight up abandoned?
And secondly - how dense is Corvo? He was directly working for Empress, he was her lover, he manage to survive for more than 10 years in the very unforgiving atmosphere of the Royal Court. He should not be this moronic. Far side of the world or not, level of civilization that he met does not add up. Technology, racial diversity, but most telling should be simple night sky. Its highly unlikely that moon would look the same as on his world, amount of artificial satellites and space traffic alone should give him pause. I just can't suspend my disbelief enough to let it pass.

I particularly love your nuanced approach to Corvo. Most Corvo-centric fics seem to forget that he was the Royal Protector (a.k.a, Jessamine's professional assassin), so there HAS to be a strain of ruthlessness within him. The original Dishonored game certainly seems to appreciate that fact since even the "Low Chaos" outcomes are actually pretty brutal (they emphasize long-term over short-term suffering).
I look forward to seeing Corvo meet the Normandy's crew. Please continue this!
