i only read until chapter 16 for this. so far, it’s quite disappointing that Mina didn’t do ANYTHING at all during the ryokan invasion. like seriously, you haven’t use her clan most famous skill so far into the chapters. she could be one of the hunting parties since her ability can pick up the ryokan reiatsu quite easily in soul society. instead, all she does is watch fight, comment on it, then just leave with some tea time mix with it. Show us that the Third seat of the first division isn’t just all for show, show us that this OC isn’t just a useless character in the story. show us how she use her ability for the greater good. phew, that’s quite a rant. i will keep reading this story tho, it still quite promising to delve into.

One of the best fanfictions I've read in general. Mina is a fantastic character & her relationship with Byakuya feels genuine. A lot (not all) of the fanfictions I've read for Byakuya don't feel genuine to his character, which is disappointing since he's such a great character to begin with. The strength in your story is not that you took away from the character to make room for it to fit your narrative (which a lot of people do for some reason) but that you adapted your narrative to fit well with the existing personality & feel of the character. Anyway, best of luck & I can't wait for the next update!

Great story, I usually hate OCs but you didn't make her too marysueish. I can't wait to see how it goes even if I have read the manga.
I still don't get why the zampaktos are materialised like in the fillers
just a tiny detail Hitsugaya is more like a preteen like Ichigo's fifth grade sisters (he is comparable to them and is referred to as a child complete with ko suffix which is only used for young ones) than a teen like Ichigo and co
