I hope no one reading this story tries the cinnamon challenge. My husband is an ER nurse and was on duty when a woman was brought in with respiratory failure because she tried the cinnamon challenge. The cinnamon dries out all moisture in the mouth causing the person to cough. When this happens there is a great chance of the cinnamon entering the lungs. This can lead to death.
