Reviews for Color The Sky
danelleprae chapter 51 . 8/27
Achilles will most definitely be pissed that their secret is getting passed around lol and Connor be taking her maiden name you say? Damn, now I really can't wait for more future Haytham interactions, he probably be so disappointed Also love how her father is trying to be supportive and protective.
EVA-Saiyajin chapter 10 . 8/25
The idea is good, but you have a TERRIBLY bad habit of explaining everything a character does. "since" is used 114 times on this chapter alone.
Faron Oakenshield chapter 51 . 8/23
That was kinda funny with Eliza, and I'm not surprised she's got the signs of being an Assassin with how close she was in following right behind Caroline. Can't wait for the next chapter
Thunderstrike16 chapter 51 . 8/23
These last two chapter were pretty good, and I'm super happy that Conner and Caroline are now engaged, and the fact that her family now knows Conner secret.

Also when I reading the part about proposing while fighting pirates, was that a reference to Pirates of The Caribbean At World's End when Will proposed to Elizabeth while they were fighting?

Hope to see the next chapter soon.
Stuff539 chapter 51 . 8/23
Great Chapter! How are your shifts at the hospital during COVID? My dad works at the hospital too and he has a lot of late nights. The story is really coming along!
taylor115 chapter 51 . 8/23
Yehhhhh. Connor and Caroline warm my heart. They are so sweet together. Also loving protective Boban Godfrey and assassin wannabe Elizabeth.

Eliza is my second favourite Burnet behind Caroline but I love them all. I also love that you put the answer to my statement about the manner into the story. It is your story and I'm sure I'll love whatever you do with it.

Great chapter and I look forward to reading more and getting to see their wedding when it comes.

East Coast Captain chapter 51 . 8/23
Haytham is a complex figure, he acknowledged and lamented towards the end privately that his life had been shaped by lies and betrayal. My guess he stayed with the Templars because he saw nothing else, in his mind there was no going back. His sister Jennifer died in 1805 she wanted no part of that life that took her family, it would be something if Connor and Caroline meet her. In AC Syndicate there's something poignant about entering Edward's manor, all this history and the room where he was killed. That would be a neat scene as you've mentioned Connor and Caroline's great grandchildren will visit London in 1868.

You could always end their story right after the war of 1812 or as you've mentioned when they have to evacuate the homestead in later years. Will be moving to see them grow old in a way on the Homestead when they've spent their adolescence, adulthood and raised their family there. Perhaps one of Connor's children becomes the protagonist for the next generation, maybe the war of 1812 is their 'story'.

Here's another idea for historical events Constitution Day in Norway is a big deal, it celebrates the signing of the Norwegian Constitution in 1814. Could be a good easter egg for AC Valhalla.
Chriswill02 chapter 51 . 8/23
Man they grew up so fucking fast. I absolutely love this story that I fanboy out when I get a notification. I like how the whole family knows of the Brotherhood but man Achilles os going to be pissed that Conner told them. Can't wait for the next chapter and stay safe with COVID
Stuff539 chapter 49 . 8/22
Almost done reading this fanfic. I really like this as the pacing is perfect with a lot of action. The characters are also very well developed. There isn't really any boring spots in the chapters. Keep up the good work. If you ever plan on writing books I would gladly support you!
Faron Oakenshield chapter 50 . 8/18
Eeee! Yay! They're engaged! They deserve happiness after all they've been through! Can't wait for the next chapter! xXx
danelleprae chapter 50 . 8/18
Yay! They are finally engaged! Also... HOLY SHIT I HADN'T READ THIS YEARS WTF! Anyway... I am back now, and missed this story immensely. Also by marrying Connor that would make her a Kenway right? Huh... I imagine Haytham would be amused that his name is being passed on. More people to carry on the family name... wait until they have kids... my my. Wonder how he would react to all that...
danelleprae chapter 38 . 8/17
Part of your story repeats itself exactly during May 23, 1776.
East Coast Captain chapter 50 . 8/17
Oh 1812? That should be fun, I can sort of see Connor and Caroline especially Connor taking a more limited approach as he would be 56 years old although Ezio could still hold his own at 65 but even he had to take it easy by then. I don't know how you will end Connor and Caroline's story but despite the life expectancy being much lower than it is today, people living to be 80 or even 100 years old was not unheard off, Connor might sadly be around to see the Trail of Tears.

I read of Civil War vets who as kids knew veterans of the American Revolution even this captain who was a soldier during the war of 1812 fought in the Civil War 50 years later.
Chriswill02 chapter 50 . 8/17
Fuck YEAH they are engaged! Great chapter as always. I was thinking of how Caroline will react when Connor kills Hathum but well just have to wait and see. I get so excited when I get the notification for this story.

By the way "sympathy booze" killed me
taylor115 chapter 50 . 8/16
I squealed when I got the update notification and the squealed AGAIN when I read the title of the chapter. Unsurprising to say but I loved it.

This chapter was so wholesome. Connor is the real MVP with that gimmal ring. He has my heart.

I really wanted them to stay in the Manor together. Never realised they would be building their own homestead.

Look forward to reading more and seeing the homestead residents reactions. One step closer to the wedding.
