Very nice little piece. I especially liked your vision of Harry as having changed and moving towards his destiny and Ginny being so aware of that and consequently Harry himself.

I always felt a bit sorry for Dean, having a girlfriend whose thoughts became more and more centred on another, but I also think It was a bit OTT that Ginny thought she loved him, especially when there were so many things about him that annoyed her. Young kids bandy the 'love' word around way too casually IMO.
