Well that was depressing. Not that there’s anything wrong with depressing stories. It’s good. Kinda sad that Near died, which means L has no more successors, so the world no longer has a great detective. But it’s good.
I don’t get the ending though. Was the reason B.B had Shinigami eyes was because he had a death note and he’s written the name of Near, Mello, Matt, L, & Oak and how they die while he hallucinates A talking to him.
Or is it just A talking to Beyond from beyond the grave and is telling him their fates as B prepares for the end.
