It has its share of darkness, and for that balance, I love it. I really do. It's not just all fuzzies. It's not just all anything. It's a wonderful, believable mix. And I enjoy all these relationships intertwining. |

| Miratete chapter 1 . 11/21/2013 I've read this story about four times, and every time I just love it. besides being well-written, nicely paced and plotted, and keeping the characters beautifully in-character, it's just gosh-darn likeable. Felix is his usual charming self trying to do his best for the woman he loves and for the men of the unit as well. Ralph's role in it provides someone who is both an observer in the reader's place, and then a link to bringing Calhoun into the story. And the sergeant comes off wonderfully: a real hard case in dealing with her unit and a gentle protectress regarding the handyman. |
