I definitely like more antihero Jason myself.
the new 2018 titans tv-series is what got me into him as a character.
I personally enjoy his red hair, thoguh I imagine it more as a deep auburn. It makes him stand out from the rest of the family and stops the line of the dick/bruce look-alikes with dark hair and blue eyes.
I also love the fact that in so many of the comics he's such a book nerd.

My favourite robins are the hated ones: Damian and Jason. I don't care what anyone says and I will fight it to my grave. Too me they add such a deeper understanding of what they both went through. Damian is my favourite character out of the whole DC franchise (also Cassandra)
And Damian seems like a more realistic Robin.
But Jason I love so much! Yeah Jason wasn't the best Robin, definitely but it doesn't matter

I feel terrible for Jason and I totally get why he felt like that

I love these stories where Jason kidnaps Tim
