Okay that was just brilliant; absolutely brilliant! I loved the way you have written Sherlock. He's true to the character that we have come to love but also so believable clueless when it comes to flirting. You almost had me laughing out loud. I was wondering, though... That "people talk too slowly"? Do you have experience with autism or are you just very good at telling what goes on in the heads of people like me (and presumably like Sherlock)? Like...that's seriously my problem so much of the time. I've gotten much better at the interest bit but from what I remember and what my mom has told me about me as a young child, that's spot on, too. You've hit the nail on the head! So yeah, I wondered if that came from personal experience or someone who's super good at character (or both :) ). If you don't mind telling me, that is. :)

I'd forgotten about sherlock's childhood illusion that women weren't human XD and I love how sherlock doesn't just waltz in and get her easy, cos Molly is a human who has needs, that he has to understand first. It's so in character for him to try and take the manipulative short cut

I LOVE when Molly takes no shit
