No offence, but I hate it when people have Natasha and Clint get together and have children. Natasha had surgery and because of that she can't have children. It was part of her training protocol. Also I know that it might not have been revealed at the time you wrote this fanfiction, but Natasha loves Bruce and he loves her back. Clint has two children and one on the way as of Avengers 2.
Then there is the part with the lightning and Emma's suit. Her's might be different from her dad's or something, but when Thor shat lighting at Ironman he got fully charged and was able to shoot a huge blast.
Plus... even though I don't like it much, Steve falls in love with a Shield Agent and Peggy Carter's niece.
