I sat down early this morning to get through nearly half a year's worth of unread fics, and as soon as I saw the eighteen chapters of this in my inbox, I was rather hesitant to give it a go, but I soldiered on and clicked through - and I am so, SO glad that I did! Each little letter was perfect. The progression of John's life and his way of coping post-Reichenbach was perfect. Sherlock's return was perfect. The end, when Sherlock finally read the letters? T. Just... ahh, this was absolutely, positively wonderful! Great work, man! x |

At the end, like in the previous chapters was suffering again, but not because of sadness, just...because. I repeat it againg, you are great managing feelings. |

This is a very nice portait (the fic) of a depresed person because of the lose of a loved one...
